COVID update Wednesday 23rd March 2022

Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours, in the towns that I report on, there are 10 new cases with 6 in Vera and 4 in Garrucha. There are 7 cured cases with 1 each in Mojácar and Vera, and 5 in Garrucha. Los Gallardos (Yesterday’s figures in brackets) - Total number of cases 434 (434), cured cases 425 (425), deaths 6 (6), active cases 3 (3), 99.9 (99.9) per 100.000 in the last 14 days and 66.6 (66.6) in the last 7 days. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 3 (3), Turre 3 (3), Mojácar 24 (25), Vera 48 (43), Garrucha 15 (16) and Bédar 1 (1). In the province of Almería in the last 24 hours 147 (112) new cases have been recorded and 197 (427) cured cases. 1 (2) more life has been lost. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has decreased from 281.1 yesterday to 261 today and the 7 day rate has also decreased, from 120.7 yesterday to 110.4 today.
