COVID update Monday 14th March 2022

Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 72 hours, in the towns that I report on, there are 9 new cases with 3 in Mojácar, 4 in Vera and 2 in Garrucha. There are just 6 cured cases in Vera. Los Gallardos (Friday’s figures in brackets) - Total number of cases 430 (430), cured cases 423 (423), deaths 6 (6), active cases 1 (1), 0 (0) per 100.000 in the last 14 days and 0 (0) in the last 7 days. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 1 (1), Turre 8 (8), Mojácar 32 (29), Vera 46 (48), Garrucha 47 (45) and Bédar 1 (1). In the province of Almería in the last 72 hours 303 (168) new cases have been recorded and 181 (361) cured cases. 1 (1) more life has been lost. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has decreased from 303 on Friday to 290.5 today and the 7 day rate has also decreased, from 150.5 on Friday to 134.7 today.
