COVID update Thursday 26th August 2021
Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours (in the towns that I report on) the only town to report new cases is Vera with 5.
There is also positive news in the cured case numbers as Los Gallardos have reported 5, Turre 6, Mojácar 8, Vera 15 and Garrucha 6.
The figures for Los Gallardos are:
Total number of cases 294
Cured cases 276
Cases recorded in the last 14 days 5
Cases recorded in the last 7 days 0
Active cases 14
Lives lost 4
172.3 per 100.000 in the last 14 days
0 per 100.000 in the last 7 days
135 new cases have been recorded in the Almería province in the last 24 hours compared to 132 yesterday and 187 last Thursday.
