COVID update Monday 23rd August 2021
Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 72 hours Los Gallardos, Mojácar and Bédar have not recorded any news cases. However, Turre has recorded 5, Vera 23 and Garrucha 1.
The figures for Los Gallardos are:
Total number of cases 294
Cured cases 271
Cases recorded in the last 14 days 6
Cases recorded in the last 7 days 3
Active cases 19
Lives lost 4
206.8 per 100.000 in the last 14 days
103.4 per 100.000 in the last 7 days
344 new cases have been recorded in the Almería province in the last 72 hours compared to 643 last Tuesday (which was a 4 day update due to the Bank Holiday) and 680 on Monday 9th August.
