COVID update Friday 27th August 2021

Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours Los Gallardos, Mojácar and Bédar have not recorded any new cases. However, Turre has recorded 1, Vera 6 and Garrucha 2. In the towns I report on, five have more cured cases; Los Gallardos has 1, Turre 4, Mojácar 5, Vera 14 and Garrucha 2. The figures for Los Gallardos are: Total number of cases 294 Cured cases 277 Cases recorded in the last 14 days 5 Cases recorded in the last 7 days 0 Active cases 13 Lives lost 4 172.3 per 100.000 in the last 14 days 0 per 100.000 in the last 7 days This week Los Gallardos has recorded 0 new cases compared to 5 last week, Turre 10 compared to 7, Mojácar 2 compared to 11, Vera 42 compared to 21, Garrucha 3 compared to 11 and Bédar 0 compared to 2. 139 new cases have been recorded in the Almería province in the last 24 hours compared to 135 yesterday and 186 last Friday.
