COVID update 15-03-2021

There is good news today for Los Gallardos, according to the Junta de Andalucía website, as there are no new cases reported and the only change since Friday is that 1 more cured case has been reported. The figure per 100.000 population in the last fourteen days remains the same as Friday at 241.2. We currently have 7 cases registered in the last 14 days and 5 in the last 7 days, again, both of these are the same as they were on Friday. Here are the latest figures for Los Gallardos with Friday’s figures in (round brackets) and Monday 8th in [square brackets]. Total number of cases 250 (250) [245], cured cases 223 (222) [222], active cases 23 (24) [19], deaths 4 (4) [4] and 241.2 per 100.000 (241.2) [137.8]. Elsewhere since Friday Turre has recorded 2 new cases, Mojácar 2, Vera 4 and Garrucha 0. Bédar has not recorded any cases in the last 14 days. All of this is very positive especially for a Monday when the figures represent the last 72 hours. Stay safe everybody.
