Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours, in the towns that I report on, there are 3 new cases with 2 in Vera and 1 in Garrucha. For a second consecutive day no cured cases have been reported. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 2, Turre 5, Mojácar 6, Vera 15, Garrucha 8 and Bédar 0. In the province of Almería in the last 24 hours 98 new cases have been recorded with 53 cured cases and 1 more life lost making a total of 3 in the last 7 days. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased from 110.6 yesterday to 112.5 today and the 7 day rate has also increased from 47.7 yesterday to 52.6 today. No cured cases have been reported. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 2, Turre 5, Mojácar 6, Vera 13, Garrucha 7 and Bédar 0. In the province of Almería in the last 48 hours 116 new cases have been recorded with 63 cured cases and 1 life lost. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has decreased from 119.2 on Tuesday to 110.6 today and the 7 day rate has also decreased from 53.6 on Tuesday to 47.7 today. In the province of Almería since Friday 223 new cases have been recorded, 138 cured cases and 1 life lost. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased from 117.6 on Friday to 119.2 today and the 7 day rate has increased from 52.6 on Friday to 53.6 today. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 1, Turre 4, Mojácar 5, Vera 4, Garrucha 9 and Bédar 3. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased again from 112.9 yesterday to 119 today and the 7 day rate has also increased from 56.5 yesterday to 59.6 today. For your information, on 2nd November 2021 the incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days was 53.9 and therefore we see an increase of 121% this month and the 7 day rate was 21.2 which has seen an increase of 181% to today’s figure.
