COVID update Tuesday 23rd November 2021

Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours, in the towns that I report on, there are no new cases. There are 4 reported cured cases with 1 in Turre and 3 in Vera.

Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 0, Turre 8, Mojácar 3, Vera 6, Garrucha 4 and Bédar 3.

The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased again, albeit marginally from 82.4 yesterday to 83 today and the 7 day rate has also increased again marginally from 50.3 yesterday to 51 today.

There are 48 new cases in the province of Almería since yesterday, 35 cured cases and 1 more life lost.

Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 72 hours, in the towns that I report on, there are 9 new cases with 2 in Mojácar, 1 in Vera and 3 each in Garrucha and Bédar. There are 3 reported cured cases with 2 in Mojácar and 1 in Vera. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 0, Turre 9, Mojácar 3, Vera 9, Garrucha 4 and Bédar 3. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased again from 68.4 on Friday to 82.4 today and the 7 day rate has also increased again from 37 on Friday to 50.3 today. With no graphic being produced today I can tell you there are 172 new cases in the province of Almería since Friday, 64 cured cases and 1 more life lost. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased yet again from 62.8 yesterday to 68.4 today and the 7 day rate has also increased again from 33.8 yesterday to 37 today. Last Friday the rates were 49 and 25. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased from 50.8 yesterday to 57.4 today and the 7 day rate has also increased from 24.8 yesterday to 26.5 today. Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 72 hours, in the towns that I report on, that there are no new cases, and strangely, Turre’s total number of cases has dropped by 1. There is only 1 cured case reported and that is in Vera. Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 0, Turre 8, Mojácar 4, Vera 9, Garrucha 0 and Bédar 0. The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has increased marginally from 49 on Friday to 50.8 today and the 7 day rate has decreased, again marginally, from 25 on Friday to 24.8 today. As no graphic has been produced today I can tell you that there have been 69 new cases recorded in the Almería province in the last 72 hours and 61 cured cases. Today, the Junta de Andalucía website reports that in the last 24 hours, in the towns that I report on, that there are 3 new cases all of which are in Turre. 2 cured cases have been recorded in Vera.

Active case numbers are now Los Gallardos 0, Turre 9, Mojácar 4, Vera 10, Garrucha 0 and Bédar 0.

This week Los Gallardos has not recorded any new cases and the last case recorded in the town was on Friday 1st October. Elsewhere, Turre has recorded 6 new cases this week, Mojácar 4, Vera 5, Garrucha and Bédar 0.

The incidence rate for the province of Almería for the last 14 days has decreased marginally from 49.3 yesterday to 49 today and the 7 day rate has increased, again marginally, from 24.3 yesterday to 25 today.
